I do compression research and, without disclosing the nature of my research. and assuming I do my own searches, is it feasible for me to discover prior patent filings.
I expect to be be required to assert a method is unencumbered, wrt prior patent filings. Assuming this to be true, please suggest how I can use your system to support such a claim.
Also, please advise me as to the costs and associated expenses for access to your system.
